Caribbean Inspired Cocoa Tea Recipe To Try 

Cocoa tea recipe: 

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup grated raw cocoa 

1 1/2 cups water 

1 1/2 cups milk of your choice 

1/3 cup of condensed milk (optional) 

1 pinch of salt 

1 stick cinnamon 

1/4 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated) 

1 bayleaf 

2-3 tablespoons sugar as you desire (taste) 

2 cloves

 

Instructions:  

Grate the chocolate into fine pieces. 

Add water to the pot along with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, sugar, and bring to boil Add chocolate and stir it in. 

Lower the heat to a simmer. Continue to stir occasionally to make the chocolate pieces not stick to the pot. Simmer for about 6 to 10 minutes until dissolved 

Add the milk and bay leaf to the pot and continue simmering for another 5 minutes. Add sweetener to taste if used ( 1/3 cup of condensed milk) Strain the cocoa tea with a small strainer right before serving.

A stroll along the beach; a great way to unwind, get inspired and enjoy a sunset. There is magic all around, the high flying shore birds, the hammocks in the ocean, the beautiful flowers, palm trees, the sound of gently lapping waves, the reflection of the sunlight on the ocean, a magnificent sunset, the sensation of the wind blowing through my hair so invigorating and pleasurable.
