  Banana oat cake | Pranking My Husband with Fake Blood!😂     Banana Oat Cake    A soft, moist banana cake made with oats, flour, yogurt, and just enough sweetness for breakfast, snacking, or dessert.   Serves: 6–8 Ingredients:   2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup oats 2 eggs ¼ cup plain yogurt 2 tbsp honey ¼ cup sugar ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) Pinch of salt 2–3 tbsp milk, if needed Optional 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or raisins Banana slices for topping   Instructions: Preheat the oven Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a small loaf pan or baking dish. Mix the wet ingredients In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, yogurt, honey, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
