We had a wonderful time in Trier, the weather was perfect, sunny and warm enough to dine outside like it was summer. My father-in-law speaks German, so I even got to practice a bit and that made the trip even more fun! A beautiful, memorable day. Trier, Germany is the oldest city in the country, once a Roman imperial capital. Rich in history, from ancient ruins like the Porta Nigra, to peaceful vineyards along the Moselle. A timeless gem full of beauty and soul.

Sea moss drink recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. sea moss 2 limes 6-8 cups water 1 tin condensed milk 2 tsp. Angostura bitters sugar to taste 1 pk ( 250ml ) evaporated milk 1 stick of cinnamon Directions: Clean the sea moss before it is soaked. Wash algae thoroughly. Soak the sea moss with lime juice for 15 mins to eliminate the fresh scent of the sea moss. Add the clean Sea Moss and two cinnamon sticks. Bring pot to boil. Cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes, algae will soften and the water will thicken. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Place it in the refrigerator overnight, allowing it to gel.
