This strawberry banana, yogurt smoothie is an easy, wholesome recipe made from fresh ingredients. It’s creamy, sweet, healthy. 
 
Ingredients:
A few strawberries, about 10, fresh strawberries, stems discard 1 frozen banana 1 cup plain yogurt, you can use Greek yogurt 1 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup to taste 1/4 cup almond milk but optional, I did not use milk. . .

A stroll along the beach; a great way to unwind, get inspired and enjoy a sunset. While a little rest and relaxation is fine, living a completely sedentary life can be dangerous for our health. Hence the reason increasing our physical activity at any age can help lower your risk factors for serious health conditions.  Our metabolisms naturally slow over time, therefore, moving/exercise increases our metabolic rate, otherwise known as your metabolism.  Let's stay active, LET'S MOVE to maintain a healthy lifestyle and metabolism at any age.
