Ingredients:
A few strawberries, about 10, fresh strawberries, stems discard 1 frozen banana 1 cup plain yogurt, you can use Greek yogurt 1 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup to taste 1/4 cup almond milk but optional, I did not use milk. . .

A stroll along the beach; a great way to unwind, get inspired and enjoy a sunset. Good day! I hope you are having a marvelous day. Magnificent view at work. The Windjammer Landing It's Wednesday and it's hot!
