I just want to take a moment to say a big thank you to each and every one of you, for being part of this journey. I know that two thousand subscribers might not sound like a lot —but, It hasn’t been easy staying consistent, and even reaching one thousand was a challenge, so two thousand and thirteen is a blessing and your presence keeps me going. This is truly a stepping stone, and a joyful one. LET'S MOVE AND MOTIVATE part 2     We have to keep moving for a healthy lifestyle, whether it be through dancing, martial arts, walking, yoga, swimming, hiking, gardening, we just have to keep moving. While a little rest and relaxation is fine, living a completely sedentary life can be dangerous for our health. Hence the reason increasing our physical activity at any age can help lower your risk factors for serious health conditions.  Our metabolisms naturally slow over time, therefore, moving/exercise increases our metabolic rate, otherwise known as your metabolism.  Let's stay active, LET'S MOVE to maintain a healthy lifestyle and metabolism at any age.
