Angostura bitters sugar to taste 1 pk ( 250ml ) evaporated milk 1 stick of cinnamon Directions: Clean the sea moss before it is soaked. Wash algae thoroughly. Soak the sea moss with lime juice for 15 mins to eliminate the fresh scent of the sea moss. Add the clean Sea Moss and two cinnamon sticks. Bring pot to boil. Cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes, algae will soften and the water will thicken. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Place it in the refrigerator overnight, allowing it to gel.
