Cat skillls | Gaïa trying to open door

This week we took Gaïa out for the very first time with her leash attached to her collar, and she loved it! Now she’s eager to explore on her own, but since she's only been with us a couple of weeks, we're not quite ready for that yet. For now, she’ll enjoy weekly outdoor adventures with us by her side. She's even been trying to open doors herself by jumping and swinging on the handles! After she’s settled in a bit more, we'll slowly start letting her explore on her own. 🐾🌿

A stroll along the beach; a great way to unwind, get inspired and enjoy a sunset. LET'S MOVE AND MOTIVATE part 2     We have to keep moving for a healthy lifestyle, whether it be through dancing, martial arts, walking, yoga, swimming, hiking, gardening, we just have to keep moving. While a little rest and relaxation is fine, living a completely sedentary life can be dangerous for our health. Hence the reason increasing our physical activity at any age can help lower your risk factors for serious health conditions.  Our metabolisms naturally slow over time, therefore, moving/exercise increases our metabolic rate, otherwise known as your metabolism.  Let's stay active, LET'S MOVE to maintain a healthy lifestyle and metabolism at any age.
