The warmth of soft golden sand gentle beneath my bare feet;

I turn towards the hillside; a glimpse of the lush landscape leaves me in a trance. Oh how I love nature!

What's that smell? I guide my nostrils towards the restaurant. A mist of food scents drift towards me. I visualize fusion cuisine. I am now famished! Sorry! Got to go!

Sea moss drink recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. sea moss 2 limes 6-8 cups water 1 tin condensed milk 2 tsp. Angostura bitters sugar to taste 1 pk ( 250ml ) evaporated milk 1 stick of cinnamon Directions: Clean the sea moss before it is soaked. Wash algae thoroughly. Soak the sea moss with lime juice for 15 mins to eliminate the fresh scent of the sea moss. Add the clean Sea Moss and two cinnamon sticks. Bring pot to boil. Cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes, algae will soften and the water will thicken. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Place it in the refrigerator overnight, allowing it to gel. The following day, combine all ingredients in a blender adding bitters and sugar to taste. Mix on low speed until pieces of algae are finely chopped. It's ready! ...

Paris adventure

Bonjour! Montmartre It's 11:05 AM and I am seated at my computer looking out the window on a beautiful sunny day in Troyes, France. Beautiful sunny day in Troyes I am attempting my first blog , but not sure where to start. I will just taking it easy while I relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, reminisce and great thoughts of " how my week in Paris was magnificent!" Some great adventure, exploring, meeting up with friends, practicing my French, trying new exquisite cuisine, admiring french architecture with it's awe-inspiring monuments, breath taking structures with lights illuminating the buildings and streets; oh so magical ! not forgetting the unique gothic cathedrals.
