Playtime With Gaïa our cat🎾🐾

Even though Gaïa has only been with us a few days, after just two play sessions we realized how important it is to make playtime part of our routine. We’ve decided to set aside 30 minutes of playtime with her every day—it keeps her active and keeps us moving too! Cats should stay active because it helps them stay healthy, prevents boredom, and strengthens the bond they share with us. 🐾

A stroll along the beach; a great way to unwind, get inspired and enjoy a sunset. LET'S MOVE AND MOTIVATE part 2     We have to keep moving for a healthy lifestyle, whether it be through dancing, martial arts, walking, yoga, swimming, hiking, gardening, we just have to keep moving. While a little rest and relaxation is fine, living a completely sedentary life can be dangerous for our health. Hence the reason increasing our physical activity at any age can help lower your risk factors for serious health conditions.  Our metabolisms naturally slow over time, therefore, moving/exercise increases our metabolic rate, otherwise known as your metabolism.  Let's stay active, LET'S MOVE to maintain a healthy lifestyle and metabolism at any age.
