Break Open
Somewhere between the noise and the notifications; I forgot what my own soul sounded like. So I sat in silence.
And silence?
Silence will introduce you to every truth you tried to outrun.
I learned; not every closed door is rejection. Some doors close because the universe heard conversations you didn’t.
And pain; pain is a strange teacher. It doesn’t whisper. It burns the lesson into your chest until wisdom finally grows from the ashes.
See, life keeps testing you every time you abandon yourself trying to be accepted by rooms that were never meant for you. Read that again with your spirit.
Because your inner voice knows. It always knows.
It knows when love is forced. When energy is fake. When you’re shrinking yourself to fit inside somebody else’s comfort zone.
And the scary part? Most people hear that voice then betray it anyway.
Just to avoid being alone.
But solitude? Solitude is sacred. That’s where purpose pulls up a chair and finally speaks.
That’s where you learn peace is more expensive than attention. And protecting your energy isn’t selfish; it’s survival.
So now; you surround yourself with people who clap when you heal. People who speak dreams fluently. People who don’t compete with light because they became light.
And maybe growth isn’t becoming someone new. Maybe it’s remembering who you were before the world taught you to doubt your own light.
So if life breaks you; break open.
Let the pain teach you. Let the pain become poetry. Let the failures become fuel. Let your inner voice become louder than fear.
Because one day you’ll realize the universe wasn’t punishing you.
It was guiding you back to yourself.
