Powerful Prayer for Unity, Peace, and Healing in Our World | Prayer for All People

Heavenly Father,
Look with mercy and compassion upon all people throughout the world. Heal the wounds that divide us, soften hearts hardened by pride, anger, and fear, and remove the hatred, prejudice, and selfishness that can take root within us. Break down every wall that separates one person from another, and help us see each other as brothers and sisters created in Your image.
Unite us in the bonds of love, understanding, kindness, and peace. Teach us to listen with humility, forgive with grace, and serve one another with compassion. Strengthen those who are suffering, comfort those who are grieving, guide those who are lost, and bring hope to those who are discouraged.
Work through our struggles, uncertainties, and differences to accomplish Your good purposes on earth. Grant wisdom to leaders, courage to peacemakers, and hearts willing to seek justice, mercy, and truth. May Your light overcome darkness, Your love conquer hatred, and Your peace reign in our homes, communities, and nations.
Help us to be instruments of Your love, sharing kindness where there is hurt, unity where there is division, and faith where there is doubt. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may all people come to know the depth of Your love and the hope found in You.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Baked Chicken

Baked Chicken | Simple Meal Ideas | Cooking Tips       No recipe today, however this is today's cooking tips and a simple meal idea:   Baking Chicken tips:   Rinse the chicken and pat it dry before baking. Once you remove the chicken from its package, rinse it under cool water in the sink (note: always sanitize your sink with disinfectant afterward). Next, pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture will ensure you get extra crispy skin.   To reduce fat and calories, you can skin chicken legs.  Prepare all ingredients and preheat the oven to 400°F.   Spices: I like to use cumin, onion (grated) garlic (grated), paprika, celery powder, cayenne pepper and dried thyme if you have. Please make sure they are fresh! Spices are delicious, but a stale spice can easily ruin a dish. However, you are free to try different spice combinations.   The secret to making them crispy? Don't bake the chi...

One Day at a Time

One Day at a Time      Working out takes courage and self-motivation. It’s not always about losing weight — for me, it's about staying healthy, strong, and grateful that I can move. Whether it's Taekwondo or Zumba, my goal is the same: to stay active, to keep my energy flowing, and to enjoy the process — no stress, no pressure, just one day at a time. At my age, it may be harder to see quick results, but that doesn’t stop me. I focus on progress, not perfection. Some days, I don’t even want to leave the house — but that's when I give myself that little pep talk, reminding myself why I'm doing this. And once I start, no matter how tough the session gets, I’m always grateful I showed up. Because being able to move, stretch, kick, and dance is a blessing — health is true wealth. Every workout is a victory over excuses, a reminder that I am stronger than my doubts. Progress may be slow, but as they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Slowly but surely — I’m building s...
