 I used to think life was waiting somewhere far away... like there was a place I had to reach before anything really began. But the further I looked... the more everything in front of me started to blur into distance. ...the more I realized I was already in it. And maybe nothing was missing—just unnoticed.

  One Day at a Time      Working out takes courage and self-motivation. It’s not always about losing weight — for me, it's about staying healthy, strong, and grateful that I can move. Whether it's Taekwondo or Zumba, my goal is the same: to stay active, to keep my energy flowing, and to enjoy the process — no stress, no pressure, just one day at a time.
