Workout motivation

 I work out twice a week, one day Zumba, the other day Taekwondo, but it isn't enough for me. My Taekwondo buddy convinced me to join her at the gym. It's great to know someone with the same interests because it is very motivating. Now the challenge is to keep up five days a week workout.πŸ€žπŸ½πŸ’œ
